Where: Hotel Swiss – Grand Campbell Parade Bondi Beach. Cost for Dinner $ 39.50

, Saturday 6:30 pm.Celebration of Statehood Day of Croatia at "Hajduk" Club. Great opportunity to meet leaders of the Croatian Community, including the Ambassador of Croatia. For this venue it is necessary to notify Zinka CIKO (ASAP). Phone 9971 – 8007

On LAST SATURDAY in the next 4 months we will have DINNER WITH A SPEAKER.
Where : "Dalmatia" Club, Terrey Hills. What time: (Committee members to arrive at 6 p.m.) Members and friends gather at about 7 pm. Optional dinner (venue is well known for the good food) and / or drinks. Time to have a chat (in any language) to old friends and meet new ones.
At 8pm sharp the talk starts ( in English only ). Proposed format : The President or his nominee greets everyone, makes couple of announcements and introduces the speaker for the evening.
Speaker then has 20 – 30 minutes, followed by questions and discussion for a similar period.
Member of AMAC’s Committee thanks the speaker ……… and that means that at about 9 pm the official program is finished. Naturally some people would stay and chat longer.
Cost to attend talks. : For members of AMAC it is free. For other people it is also free, but Donations are welcomed.
Opportunity for non-members (membership fee this year is $5) to join our Association.
Proposed subjects for talks to be about matters of general interest such as art, architecture, natural beauty, travel, computers, medicine, food and work opportunities and other problems of recent immigrants. Talks to be given in a light hearted manner, easy to understand.
Particularly I invite second generation of Croatian Australians to dinners, talks and all activities of AMAC. Not only as listeners, but to take active part as ORGANISERS, SPEAKERS and MEMBERS of our COMMITTEE! Call me, I welcome all suggestions.
And then we plan one elegant big party. To combine the Anniversary of University of Zagreb and our regular Christmas Party mark in your diary:
