Microsoft Front Page 2000

FP 2000 slows down after installing HTML tools add-in

At first read, the HTML tools add-in seems worthy of installing. After all, it's free and from Microsoft. If you do install it, you soon notice a general sluggishness and slow down in some Front Page actions like getting the right click menu. This is not good. To resolve this behaviour, uncheck the checkbox in Tools, Add-Ins, HTML Tools. Here is how it's done:
