Eisenfürst Faulk Fischler

Fischler is Franz von Tannen's liege. We were somewhat surprised upon first meeting him, at a common tavern in Fischler. He was quite drunk, and appeared very lonely. He was happy to share a few drinks and conversation with us. There are dark rumours about Fischler's relationship with the denizens of the Schwartzen Walden - he has a keep built entirely of the strange black wood of that forest that is said to attract monsters! When forces from neighbouring Hainzl invaded his lands, they disappeared without a trace.

Eisenfürst Stefan Heilgrund

A dark dour man, we met him briefly during a sojourn at his castle after we slew the Verschlingen. Obsessed with the arcane, Heilgrund has been known to fund a good many exploration expeditions. Whilst not rude or unwelcoming to guests, he often appears distracted. We met Heilgrund again in vastly different circumstances some time later, negotiating the withdrawal of his troops from a siege of Freiburg.

Herr Grumbel

Stefan Heilgrund's right hand man, Grumbel manages the day-to-day running of Heilgrundstadt.
