Peter the legendary Sidhe fighter of Pirates would trick, outmaneuver and humiliate his foes to the acclaim of his band of boy warriors. No matter that the pirates were stronger or more numerous, Peter always managed to mislead them, detect their ambushes and fly rings around them.

Apprentice: Spend a drama die to shift the sound of a person, animal or object away from its natural source by 10' x rank in this knack. The shift will persist until the end of the scene or cancelled by the mage. The mage need not concentrate to maintain the shift but only one shift may be in effect at any one time.

Adept: Spend a drama die to separate the mage from his shadow. If the mage closes his eyes he can see what his shadow "sees" and can direct its movements within 10' x rank in this knack. The mage must be casting a shadow in order to separate it and if conditions change so that the mage could no longer cast a shadow then it disappears. While separated the mage can be observed to be not casting a shadow. The shadow can move through any object that light could pass through and can slip through cracks or keyholes etc. The shadow can employ stealth, shadowing (heh heh), ambush or like skills as per the mage's rank in those skills. The TN to detect the shadow should take account of the prevailing lighting (a shadow blending with other shadows is nearly impossible to spot, whereas one that remains when a light is cast on it is obvious) and other relevant circumstances (such as whether the observer is specifically watching for shadows).

Master: Spend a drama die to fly for one round. The mage cannot carry any other person and is restricted to half the encumbrance he could carry on the ground. Upon gaining the ability to fly the mage acquires a new advanced knack of the Athlete Skill at Rank 0 "Aerial Maneuver". This knack is used to determine speed of flight and is used as passive defense when airborne. The mage can hover but if the mage is in the air at the start of a round and does not spend a drama die to maintain flight for that round then he will fall.
