House Rules - Apostles

This isn't really a house rule - it appears in the Castille sourcebook, but for the sake of the non-Castillian characters:

The use of 'apostles' premeasured powder charges allows reloading of firearms 5 actions quicker ie pistols could be reloaded in 15 actions.
