Under the title at the top of the page click on Post a Message
First Box.
'Your Name'
Put in your name.
Second Box.
'Your Email (Optional)'
Please note, if you don't enter your email address then
you can't use the option to be notified by email if someone answers your post.
Third Box.
'Subject'.
This is what shows up in the main Dog Chat Page. The
heading to your post.
Fourth Box,
'Message'
Write your message here.
Fifth Box. Add a Link
'Optional Link URL:
Add a link to your message' This means you can add a
link in your message to somewhere else on the web. Maybe your homepage or
another site of interest. Just type in the URL (Web Address) eg www. mysite.com
Sixth Box
'Optional Link Title: Call your link this'
This refers to the link you put in the fifth box. Call your link a name, for
example; My Home Page
Seventh Box Add a picture
'Optional Image URL: Add an image to your message' This can be a little tricky.
If you would like to add an image to your message this is the box where you
enter the URL (Web Address) of that image. For example. If your picture is on http://www.mysite.com and your picture is called dog.jpg
or dog.gif then the url (Web Address) you enter is http://www.mysite.com/dog.jpg
or http://www.mysite.com/dog.gif
Please note: Your image must be on the internet somewhere for you to link it.
Preview
Preview is a good option especially if you have added links or images as you can
see exactly how your message will look before posting it. If your image or link
doesn't show up, check your URL, and if need be, correct it.
Post
Now you are ready to post your message. Just hit the Post button.
Reply to a Message
Open the message you wish to reply to. Under
the title at the top of the page click on "Post a Response" and
then follow the instructions to Post a message.
