These pictures are of the
Apollo Launch Umbilical Tower "Bone yard" in a back lot in the
industrial area of KSC, this is where the last complete Apollo-Saturn LUT
is stored. It was cut into sections when the complete structure was deemed
to be a safety risk. There were three original towers, the other two were converted
to become part of the Space Shuttle Fixed Service Structures at pads 39 A
& B
