Ordering information
Maidenhead Miniatures can be ordered either by:
1). e-mailing a list of the miniatures you want to us,
2). telephoning your order through to us on +61 2 9540 9464 between 9am and 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, or
3). using the order form supplied and either e-mailing, faxing or posting it to us.
Payment information
All prices are in Australian Dollars. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, prices are subject to change without notice. Maidenhead Miniatures now accepts VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard (an Australian Credit Card). Please note that email is not a secure method of communication and we would always suggest that phoning or faxing us are more secure methods of ordering using credit cards.
Please note that payment by cheques or money orders must be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and drawn on an Australian bank. Personal and business cheques from outside Australia are not accepted.

No information collected by Maidenhead Miniatures will be shared with any other entity. We will retain your e-mail and address for future reference but your Credit Card information will be erased at the conclusion of the transaction.

Postage Information:
Postage rates:
+$5.00 (Australia)+10% (New Zealand) , minimum postage fee for parcels $6.50, and for letters $3.00.+20% (UK/Europe) , minimum postage fee for parcels $9.50, and for letters $4.00.+20% (All other Countries) , minimum postage fee for parcels $8.50, and for letters $4.00.Postage can be calculated from the above. These rates apply to all orders where payment is made by cheque or money order (unless you have received a surface mail quote from us for the order).Where a credit card is used for payment the above should only be used as a rough guide to the maximum cost, as shipping will be calculated at dispatch and charged at cost (using standard shipping method unless a surface mail quote has been obtained for the order).
Please Note: Because of the expense incurred in sending small orders (less than 250g) a minimum postage fee now applies to cover costs. Because of their bulk sabre-toothed cats and terror birds can only be sent parcel post but small quantities of infantry can be sent at `letter' rates. A quote for postage can be provided in advance if you require one.
Delivery:
International orders are sent air mail unless otherwise requested, this normally takes between seven to ten days. International orders can be sent by surface mail, orders sent by surface mail can take up to 8 weeks to reach international destination.
Australian retail orders are sent by normal post, this normally takes 3 - 5 days. Overnight express post is available at extra cost which we will advise by email prior to sending.
Note: Delivery dates or estimations provided are for guidance only and no guarantee can be given for any order. We will however try to accommodate all customers needs where practical and you should call us to discuss these if necessary.
