There is no country called Indonesia, just as there was no country called "Soviet Union", these were military governments imposed upon several countries across two continents. The Soviet Union ranged from Europe to Asia; while Indonesia today ranges from Asia to the Australian Pacific.
The military regime of Sukarno was never put into power by the people of Java, let alone those of Sumatra and the other countries which the military claimed. The militia of Indonesia were created during the Pacific war to fight the US and Ally forces; when Japan thought it was losing ground it ordered in March 1945 that a pro-Japanese nation called "Indonesia" be created and that their man Sukarno should run it.
The Axis militia today known as the TNI, stripped the rural area of Java and Sumatra bare during the war; left much of the population in rags or naked in buildings which leaked and a countryside atriped of its pre-war infrastructures.
Since the war, the TNI and government have supported themselves by criminal operations incliding but not limited to:
Both Christianity and Islam suffer from being religions that seek conversiions; but because Britian spawn some successful democratic nations a few hundred years ago (US, Canada, Australia; where religous freedom is respected) many people see no conflict between religous states & public rights.
But any religion can be twisted for political purposes, what drove the crusades was a political perversion of their faith, not the faith itself. Likewise the call for a Jihad of murder, instead of personal faith & obedience to the word; is a political twisting of Islam. Because Mohammad was a warrior himself it is perhaps more of a temptation for Muslims to resist the twisting tongues of politicians in whatever clothes they wear. But like all true faiths, any call to persecute others is a politically motivated perversion, not the faith itself.

What the world needs now is some tomfoolery or not. What it does need is to take a pill, and GW needs an enema to give him balance with the moral lobotomy his father gave him.
People talk about the 'military complex' or the US war economy without really knowing the specific people who created it, or how. And it is little wonder that everyone can see there is some covert group driving the US into these insane grabs for the worlds resources no matter what laws or people must die for these convert groups and their friends to steal these resources.
In short, these villians believe in looting, creating war zones so they could get their corporate friends into other peoples markets & resources. These villians master had conceived that master plan by 1947, during the fifties they prepared people for it, and in 1965 they got their first major 'success'. But looting is considered a crime for a good reason. People who do so are corrupt. And looting is not the same as creating 'free markets'.
The triad of US woe;
These three re-assurring insane organisations keep creating inane plans to destroy fellow democracies for equally inane reasons. They have in fact created more woe and death than any other nation on earth in the name of the American people.
Instead of the US winning global support and economic success through free market reforms; these three insane organisation declare secret wars.
