Malcolm was involved with the Reinforced Earth group of companies (Groupe TAI) for more than 25 years. Starting at the beginning of Reinforced Earth in Australia, he has worked with Groupe TAI in Australia, Asia and Europe in the development, marketing and delivery of the Reinforced Earth and associated technologies to many civil engineering projects, in a wide variety of applications. Malcolm was formerly the Chief Executive of The Reinforced Earth Company in Australia, Pacific Regional Director for Groupe TAI and Chairman of the Technical Committee of Groupe TAI (Paris)
Malcolm is currently the principal of Jabiru Technique Pty Ltd. a company that has been established to provide consulting, management and educational services.
Malcolm is also a principal of Intelink, an independent management resource group specialising in strategic business building.
