SN 2000el. in NGC 1448

SN 2000cj. in NGC 6753On 15 May 2000, I was contacted by Bob Evans via Brett White (then Club President WSAAG) who indicated that Bob may have found a supernova in the early hours of 14 May. I promptly set up my scope and imaged the galaxy. As can be seen, the SN is quite clear. |

SN 1998dq in NGC 6754On 23 August 1998. I received a frantic call from Brett White (discoverer) to confirm whether this was an actual Supernova. Brett had been looking for Supernova in a serious sense for less than a year and incredibly had bagged one! :) |
