Stargazers Week 2001
Tuesday 24th July

"So that one is Saturn?" Peter explains where we were looking.
Despite the clouds and the cold, we were able to let all takers see the "Big Planets".
So far this was the busiest morning for the Dawn Patrol...
...and there were more waiting in the wings.
The Dawn Patroll has it's own reward... with sights like this, who needs clear skies?
The view toward Mt Lindsay from the viewing area at O'Reilly's at dawn.
After the viewing, there is viewing of another sort. The morning Bird Walk lets you get intimate with locals.
