Armstrong & Chapman commenced trading approximately 25 years ago as a single office operator in High Street, Armadale.

The company experienced significant growth throughout the eighties and expanded to Bay Street, Brighton and Glenhuntly Road, Elsternwick in order to satisfy the needs of its clients. Towards the late eighties and early nineties we decided to consolidate our operations into one office which was geographically central to our clients needs and the numerous properties we managed. However, demand for our services once again dictated a need for an additional office which was opened in Toorak.

Being members of the REIV gives our clients a surety of ethics and quality of service. Our Staff of 14 highly trained professionals boast a total experience of over 120 years. Hence you can be assured of the highest quality service available.

Our experience varies with the individuals in areas such as commercial sales and leasing, residential sales and leasing, valuations, project supervision and real estate portfolio acquisition.
