This Forum will be held at the
Bankstown Sports Clubon Sunday, 29th March. Tea and coffee will be available from 9.30am for a 10.00am start,
and the day will conclude at 3.00pm. Lunch will be taken from 12 noon
to 1.00pm at attendees’ cost.
Come along and take part in the four presentations, each of 45 minute
duration, covering the following topics:

International Convention – Sydney 2010 - the latest developments andarrangements in the preparation for this extraordinary event.

Let’s Boogie! – bring some fun to your Club meetings and socialevents.

Anything but a sausage sizzle! – fundraising, (and fun-raising!) ideasfor your Club.

How to re-arrange the deckchairs! – Membership & Club care.It promises to be a thought-provoking, informative and, above all else, a funday.

Wednesday 15 April Coogee Lions Club Extends an Invitation to the Members of Maroubra Lions Club
for a presentaton by
Dr Clio Cresswell on Mathematics and Sex which has been published in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, South Africa, Germany, Italy and Japan.
Place: Coogee / Randwick RSL Club, cnr, Carr and Byron Streets.
Time: 7:30 pm Auditorium 3rd Floor.
Dr Clio Creswell, a senior lecturer in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Sydney, has established a diverse career as a mathematician, author, writer and presenter.
Clio features regularly on television, radio and in print. Currently she is a member of The Brains Trust on The Einstein Factor on ABC TV. Clio has interviewed personalities on The Panel and delivered serious book reviews for The Science Show on ABC's Radio National. She has also been a not-so-serious host on breakfast radio for Triple M and has given relationship advice on Beauty and the Beast and for several years in her column for New Women.
