Engine

Ignition

  • MSD 8683 Adjustable Timing Controller

  • Eagle 9 mm iginition wires

  • Coil relocated for Vortec heads / manifold

Intake

  • Adjustable fuel pressure regulator (BBK) set @ 47 psi (stock pressure was 44 psi)

  • Relocated MAT sensor to intake snorkel

  • Air cleaner housing modified and K&N filter 

  • Ported intake plenum

  • Arizona Speed & Marine (AS&M) large tube intake runners

  • SDPC Vortec TPI base manifold

  • External Corvette EGR system

Cylinder Heads

  • GM L31 Vortec cylinder heads. 

  • Heads machined for 0.550 inch valve lift

  • Heads machined for and fitted with 1.43 inch diameter Comp Cams 986 dual valve springs

  • Pinned rocker studs

Camshaft and Valvetrain

  • Comp Cams Xtreme XR264HR-12 (P/N 08-501-8) hydraulic roller camshaft. 212 / 218 dur @ 0.050, valve lift 0.488 / 0.495  112 deg LSA.

  • Comp Cams roller rockers

Exhaust System

  • Hooker Aerochamber muffler

  • 3 inch high flow cat converter

  • 3 inch mandrel bent cat-back exhaust

  • Pontiworld "block hugger" headers. These are 4 into 1 shorty style headers with 1 1/2 inch primary pipes

  • Headers ceramic coated by Competition Coatings 

  • Modified Hedman Y pipe

Miscellaneous

  • March underdrive crank pulley and alternator power pulley.

  • Manual cooling fan switches, LED indicators

  • Knock sensor bypass switch, LED indicator

  • Derale radiator core adjustable fan switches to control auto cooling fan operation

  • Smog pump delete

  • Air cond delete with 1LE Camaro pulley

Transmission

  • Nil

Chassis / Suspension / Brakes

  • Custom made subframe connectors (chassis rails) by Gus at High Performance Central (Dallas Conversions)

Interior

  • Pioneer 50 watts RMS x 4 channel CD / Tuner

  • Boston Acoustics front speakers

  • Pioneer rear speakers
