Welcome to Fitzysworld ...


Been a while since I updated the site, so I thought i'll give it a crack.

Stopped training Taekwondo now, too many re-occuring injuries and inconvient training times really demotivated me...

But, I've been still training hard down at The Arena in Brazillian Jui Jitsu.

Really love the philosophy of the sport, and its life applications.

Just got my purple belt, and have started some extra training which has really opened my eyes.

5am starts are wearing a bit thin, but im sure I will get over it !!

Anyway, have a look around (not that there is much to see!)
