Nervous Disorders/ Stress
St John's Wort is held in high esteem by Homeopathic doctors, many of who
recommend it to combat depression and nervous exhaustion caused by being
overstressed. St. John's Wort is also a beneficial curative in cases of
neuralgia, headache and rheumatism if not caused by organic deficiencies.
Poor Circulation
Pure rosemary juice is recommended particularly for the elderly who have weak
circulation. It also acts favourably on liver function, the production of bile
and proper digestion.
Exhaustion
Oat juice and rosemary juice have fortifying elements that contain nitrogen.
These therapeutic juices will help stimulate circulation, which will give you
more energy.
Blood Purification
Stinging nettle juice stimulates the metabolism thereby dissolving waste
products in your system. Also, because of its diuretic properties it will help
purify your blood.
Digestion
Celery juice was used by the ancient Greeks to help digestion. It is known for
its stimulating effect on digestion, as a diuretic, and for it's general
dissolving and discharging action on waste materials.
Insomnia
Valerian juice has multiple sedative reactions on the nervous system, which
means it's a great for people who experience insomnia, nervous exhaustion and
mental stress. It is an effective replacement for sleeping pills and
tranquillisers but of course there are no side effects or danger of addiction.
Depression
The ancient Romans used borage juice as a remedy for melancholy and depression.
It is the most natural anti-depressant we know of. Borage is also a strong blood
purifier.
Heartburn
Carrot juice is an excellent remedy for heartburn. This is great to remember if
you are pregnant or considering having a child. Carrot juice is considered one
of the all around therapeutic juices with the most even balance of vitamins and
minerals.

Dr. Gerson was very specific in his requirements when it came to using the best
juice extraction for patients on Gerson Therapy. He found, and it was later
confirmed, that centrifugal juicers are not acceptable. There are several
