After lengthy negotiations the former DPWS and the PSA agreed to a comprehensive new policy and procedures for Job Evaluation. These places strong controls on errant managers but also are demanding of PSA time. To make these work to protect members interests we need more members trained in Job Evaluation and willing to put time into it! See Help Wanted below!
