It'll never go down in British sitcom history as one of the classics, but given the wretched standard of British sitcoms in the last few years, it does stand out as one of the more brighter projects. Caroline is as gorgeous as ever, though the real star is the one-off WL? contestant from the embryonic days, the legend that is Chris Langham. He remains a joy to watch. Incidentally, Caroline certainly seems to be the BBC's blue-eyed girl at the moment. She is the voice of their Millennium promotions on TV in which stars recall their favourite television moments of the last century (Nelson Mandela's release, Live Aid etc). She's certainly come on a bundle since the start of the decade, when the only thing she was famous for was the fact that she was married to Paul Merton. And speaking of that great man, the new series of HIGNFY finally kicks off this Friday. If you want them, reports on each ep will be posted here.
