SOCCER
I have been following Soccer (THE REAL FOOTBALL) for years. My dad
started me on it when I was about 2 and while watching one of my dads
games I decided to run onto the field.
When the Newcastle Breakers used to play in Australian soccer, my dad ,
brother and myself used to drive to Newcastle every fortnight to
support them, (thats where i did all my driving on my L's). We were
part of the 'ROWDIES' and joined in with all the drunken hooligans each
week. it was lots of fun. At the same time I was suporting 'Northern
Spirit' and was one of the first supporters of this team.
When Newcaslte Breakers changed hands, i decided to start supporting
'Marconi Stallions' in Fairfield as i new people that supported them. I
still suport them, but find it dificult to get to games from wollongong
when they play.
