	This handy little program was the first of the online messaging facilities and I believe it to be the most robust.  Two people with this program can exchange text messages, conduct a text chat and best of all, carry on a

NetMeeting
	Never let it be said that Microsoft missed out on someone else’s good idea. This is Uncle Bill’s equivalent to ICQ.  In my opinion not as stable, but it does include some extra bells and whistles.  For those of you who feel the
