Erika's Nut or Almond Biscuits

Ingredients

Put butter, sugar and nuts in a food processor, mix until nuts are grounded and you have fluffy dough.

Mix flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder add to the nut mixture put in fridge for about 1 hour.

Line baking tray with glad bake paper.

Make small balls of the mixture, with a fork press lightly to flatten the biscuit but not to thin.

Keep a glass with ice water handy to dip your fork into so it will not stick on biscuits.

Bake in 175 degree about 10 minutes
