Catherine’s Apple Cake

250g Butter 4dl Sugar 1 Tablespoon Vanillin Sugar 4 Egg 5dl Plain Flour 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1dl Water 2 Large Apples Cinnamon & Sugar (for apples)

Mix butter, sugar and vanillin sugar. Add eggs one at a time mix well between each egg Add flour, backing powder and water and mix well Peel and cut apples and put in cinnamon and sugar mixture Pour cakes into baking tin and then add the apples

Bake for 1 hour on 175C / 350F
