Erika's Moist Chocolate Slices
Ingredients
Into a saucepan add butter and break the chocolate into small bits, let chocolate melt on low heat.
In a separate bowl beat eggs and sugar fluffy, then add the chocolate mixture, flour mixed with the baking powder all together.
Line a deep baking dish about 25x35 cm with Glad Bake paper; pour mixture in to dish.
Bake in bottom of oven in 200 degree until cake is done about 20 minutes, put cake on cooling rack.
In the meantime mix the toping.
Spread mixture over cake then sprinkle with shaved dark chocolate.
Cut into slices as desired.
