Erika’s Glögg
The following Ingredients will make approximately 1½ Litre of Glögg.
Pour the wine in large enamel or steel pot. ( Not Aluminium or
Plastic )
Add all above ingredients, heat to +80c, let stand in the pot covered for at
least 1 hour,
then strain the liquid to remove residue, if more potency is preferred add 200
ml of Vodka,
Shortly before serving, add raisins and slivered almonds to the Glögg and
reheat.
Caution: "do not let the mixture come to boil"
