Erika's Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients
Preparation
Mix cream and breadcrumbs, let stand and soak (aprox. 2 ~ 3
minutes). Cook onion in a small amount of butter, (take care not to brown the
onion). Mix all the mince with onion, egg and egg yolk, spices, add a little
water if the mixture is too dry.
Form the mixture into little balls and fry them in a pan. When done, place them
in a saucepan. Now add some stock for sauce and whisk it around in the frypan,
empty into saucepan with meatballs. Add Chinese Soya, Tomato puree, salt and
pepper to taste.
If a creamier sauce is preferred, add cream to taste.
