Our Policies

These property policies are firm and when you book online, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.  Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns about them. We do not charge a damage deposit but expect guests to respect our home. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Comments
Arrival No restrictions. You may arrive on any day of the week.
Cancellation First night non-refundable. If less than 60 days notice, refund will be for portion of booking replaced. 4% cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations. 
Check in time 4.00pm but early check-in may be available. Ask us before arrival.
Check out time 10.00am but late check-out may be available. Ask us before arrival.
Damage deposit We do not charge a damage deposit but expect guests to respect our home and report any damage.
Delayed arrivals We are not responsible for delayed arrivals for any reason. No refunds for unused nights.
Delivery of instructions and access information  Provided by e-mail when full payment made.
Housekeeping Complimentary. Cleaning done before arrival, after departure and every 5 days if booking exceeds 8 days. Extra cleaning on request for $85.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury while in our home, in transit to or on resort property. This applies to all guests or people visiting guests.
Late payments Failure to pay by due date will result in cancellation without deposit refund. Guests may rebook if dates are available. Deposit will not be re-charged.
Maintenance emergencies Complete list of emergency contacts provided with Instructions.
Maximum occupancy 4 guests maximum.
Minimum stay Varies with season. Refer to rates chart.
Noise restrictions  This is strictly enforced by the Marquise Strata. Bylaw fines will be applied for excessive noise 
Pets No pets allowed.
Rates guarantee I will honour all rates posted on my web site at the time that your reservation request is submitted 
Refusal of business  We reserve the right to refuse bookings.
Reservation guarantee Reservation guaranteed upon payment. If the property is uninhabitable due to previous damage, we will offer you a full refund and try to locate a comparable lodging. 
Smoking No smoking allowed inside.
Snow guarantee We cannot be responsible for weather or snow conditions. No refunds given for accommodation.
Terms of eviction Immediate eviction for wilful property damage or offensive behaviour. No refunds given.
