The Runcorn SD1 Centre is a large (six SD sized) garage in Runcorn, Cheshire. It is run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. We include a Rover trained mechanic and a body/spray man. The most important person is me (Ian), I make the tea / coffee. We have well over £1000.00 worth of tools and equipment, a compressor and a pit. We can tackle most jobs, from changing a fuse, to converting a 2.3 to a V8. From simple touchups to complete resprays. We have in the past, converted a manual to an automatic, swapped engines, added wide arches to a car, resprayed cars in non-original colours, lowered cars and many more jobs. There is more to lowering a car than just changing springs and dampers!
We sell spares, some new, but most taken from cars which were suffering from terminal rust. We do not break cars unless they are too far gone to be saved. Click here for a current list of specials.
For more information e-mail us on rsc@merseymail.com or alternatively, you can ring the garage on 0151 489 1214. We are usually only available at the garage on Saturdays. On any other day, the phone will divert to a home number where you will either catch one of us, or be able to leave a message (please leave contact information). The email is checked every weekday, and a prompt response is guaranteed. We welcome European and international customers and are more than happy to get quotes on shipping prices if desired.
