24/02/02. To all those who have been sending emails and leaving msgboard messages, I apologise for not responding. One of the hard drives on my computer carcked itself - the fact that it was the one holding my operating systems not making life any easier. Following that, my internet connection also died for a while. So currently I'm writing this update with a text editor. Well, enough whining. My writing work went more or less unscathed, but I've been spending the time just getting the computer back in order. No, I'm not dead, and yes, I am still, technically speaking, writing. For those that have stuck around, you have my gratitude - and my hope to have Chapter 9 out by the 3rd of March (wow, an actual date!)

22/11/01. Well it has been a while again has it? After a long soujourn due to too much work and not enough time for a little creative writing, I'm back once more to the WOTN 9th chapter. Yes for all those who have long been waiting, and even worse, those who have given up on me, I am duly sorry for the delays once more. Hopefully it won't be much longer, as I am trying to find time on a daily basis to finish this work.

17/9/01. I was a day late, so sue me. I did get quite a fair amount of mail regarding the issue below, but all of it was in favour of the timely release. In concert with that, Fate of Love Chapter 2 is now available for your reading pleasure. I also updated the foreword a bit, so you can take a look if you want. It may be asking for much, but it's probably a good idea to check back to the previous chapters, since it *has* been a while since I last released a chapter for this story.

A short break, some time off for any minor tunings to this chapter, and then it'll be back to WOTN again.

15/9/01. My condolences to all who have lost family, friends, and loved ones in this terrible crime against the US and humanity. I feel almost disrespectful to be releasing stories at a time like this, but it seems that most people do not wish to gratify the intents of terrorism by changing their lifestyle. So neither will I. Please tell me immediately if you feel otherwise, and I'll make a delay, otherwise Chapter 2 of Fate of Love will be released before the end of this weekend.

01/9/01. Just a brief progress update. The draft version of Chapter 2 is currently 5/6 done. A lot quicker than my previous release, eh?

23/7/01. Okay, for those who didn't already know, my next work is Fate of Love Chapter 2, which at the moment is more than halfway done. Somebody mentioned that I should put more news posts here, even if I don't have any chapters to release. On another note, I just noticed that the Ranma Fanfic Awards are now being tallied.......we can all hope for me ^_^

23/7/01. Guess what? Chapter 8 is NOW out - and stands at a whopping 260 kb's. There was nothing much I could do about the size, and breaking it into 2 chapters seemed to be a bit of a waste. Anyhow, hope you enjoy it, cause I certainly put a lot of sweat into it.

04/7/01. Final draft for Chapter 8 of WOTN is finished - now all I need is the editing - and we'll all be set for a PROPER update to this site's content.

12/06/01. Well, it's been several months - there's no new stories, and the emails/guestbook entries are starting to stock up on variations of 'When's the next chapter coming up?' In case people don't already know my well expounded policy - I AM going to finish everything I start. As to when Chapter 8 of WOTN is coming out - well it's much larger than any prev. work, and I've been extremely very busy for the past four months - yes FOUR months - with no breaks in between. Sigh*

Translation: I have no idea - but certainly not within the next two weeks. The chapter currently stands at 7/8 completion, not including editing and corrections.

17/02/01. Just reporting a new email address for you to send to me. It is NOW  dojohouse@optushome.com.au     The old one will still be available for around 10 days or so - following which it will close down.

29/01/01. Well, it's well past the new year, my hit counter recently went over 100 thousand, and a chapter from Way of the Ninjitsu ended up in the voting panel for the Annual Ranma Fanfic Awards. And what do I have to show for all this? Nothing!! Ah, my apologies to all yonder impatient readers out there, but the loss of my computer functionality for two weeks and the trouble involved in getting it back online really turned me off writing for a while.

Also, my sincere apologies to a fan artist who took the time to produce a picture for my other story, Fate of Love - which I should have put up ages ago as well. I'll get to that as well.

14/12/00. See the news item below? Well I can safely say IGNORE IT!!! I couldn't believe it but within a week since I set it up already there seems to be a problem with the new location (that is - it's been erased). So now I'm on the hunt for yet another location to place my website. Sigh*.

06/12/00. Well, I've made a duplicate of this website at a new location - http://www.stas.net/6/dojo/  so you can make your bookmarks for that place if you don't like nbci. I'll leave this site up and running for a few more weeks, but if there are no complaints about the new location then nbci will be taken down. Of course that means I'd appreciate it if you could email me if you find problems with the 'stas' site.
