A Little About Me

I live in Melbourne Australia.I live the single life except I have a great companion in *Cyclone*.My first mate was *Diesel* a trusted friend and a real adventurer. I love to *go bush* and do so when ever I can, long weekend trips are a favorite of mine. Since November 2001 I am the proud owner of a 1986 Caspian Blue Range Rover. I also own a Nissan Pathfinder 4wd. In the past I have owned other Land Rovers including this 1958 Series One. I also have a boat, which I use as often as weather and finance permits.I use it in our local bays,about a 20 minute drive away.

I am also a member of the Land Rover Owners Club of Victoria which is where my love of Landy's was born.I have been a member of the Land rover club for 21 great years.Read about my first ten years.Read about my 1995 adventure up the Canning Stock Route. December 2002 an eclipse of the sun made its way across the Aussie sky. Although not a total eclipse in my corner of the world I did mange to get a nice picture of a partial eclipse. Holding a #11 welders lens in front of my 75-200 zoom lens on the Minolta with 400 asa film, for an amateur I think I did a decent job. Click here
