Canberra congratz
sending you all a big congratulations.
ditto on all the thank youz... to the organisation, to the cooks, and a special thank you to those particular rowers who rowed every single race - both social and serious. Thanks for filling in the gaps, you put the 'T' in team work... without you, there'd be no trophy... without you, there'd be no back-to-back first place trophy for the social team... only to be expected, you may have put in less than 100%, in the final race but your contribution to the 3 trophies is well appreciated. Thanks.

Don't forget... there's still one more regatta to go - Penrith. ACCA hasn't peaked as yet... if you attended training sessions thus far you'd know what i mean. Goal is: full boat, full team, 100% effort. There's still more to achieve. The 3 trophies are just the beginning... just imagine what might have happened if we had 2 full teams on the week-end, that we didn't have to rely on selfless team members rowing both serious and social... 3 # 1 trophies??? Could have been. Now imagine what might happen if we all turned up for training... if we all trained hard... if we have the numbers... a team is only as strong as it's weakest link and if you don't want to be voted off then show up.

As you might be aware... there are a few crew members thinking of leaving for greener pastures or should that be, greener greens... a request is made for them to end the season with a BIG BANG!! The plan is #1 in the 250m championships and #1 in the 500m championships. Can we do it?? Do we have numbers? Do we make it harder to win trophies by relying on members of one team rowing for the other?? Team de-briefing Tuesday after training (only kiddin')
Anyway, for your viewing pleasure... refer attachments.
