1. WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is collected so that we may:

  1. Administer our client relationships to provide you with the products and services you request
  2. To provide information (unless you tell us otherwise), on products and services that might be of interest and benefit to you

  • assisting clients with queries; and

What we collect?

The nature of personal information we collect generally comprises

  • name, 
  • address,  
  • other contact details such as phones fax and e- mail. 
  • payment and order processing information. This does not include personal financial details such as credit card numbers.

We do not collect 'sensitive' information, such as your political or religious beliefs, ethnic background, sexual preferences or health.

3. SHARING INFORMATION

We do not share your information with any other commercial or marketing organizations.  Your information is used strictly for the purposes outlined above and is kept in strict confidence subject to Australian privacy laws.


4. PERSONAL INFORMATION QUALITY

Our goal is to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to- date. To assist us with this, please contact us if any of the details you have provided change. If you believe that the information we have about you is not accurate, complete or up-to-date, contact us and we will take all reasonable steps to correct the information.

If your information is incorrect or incomplete we may not be able to provide you with the products or service quality that you are seeking.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

Your information is stored on the computer systems owned and operated by Snapshot-Archive (Emgeep P/L).  Although our general web facilities are served from a 3rd party internet provider your personal information is never processed nor stored outside of our own in-house server.

All reasonable efforts are taken to protect your data within our systems.

Transmission of information between your computer and our system is currently not encrypted and does travel through 3rd party servers, however we do not consider this a significant exposure.  Secure transmission strategies may be applied in the future.
