The Author and Area columns are taken from the Area listing actually in the mud. The values for Minimum Level and Maximum Level were determined by me by the simple process of determining the level of every mobile in the area (not so simple eh?). Any question marks next to a level indicate that I have not been able to validate for myself that parameter. As such, Minimum Level and Maximum Level, rather than showing the minimum and maximum levels that the creator of the area suggests a character may gainfully adventure here, they are actually statistical values showing the Maximum and Minimum Level of the Mobs that populate that area. Naturally, Hero Mobs are not included in these values. But then again, Hero Mobs only slaughter Heroes, so what are you worried about? :)
