Our first dive at Long Reef and our first ride on Omega 2
This boat is absolute heaven compared to the other we've been on. It rides better. It's more comfortable. They have bottles of fresh water, not only available, but offered. And they have frogs to eat. Darren and Anthony are a great crew.
We saw more fish! Got down to 16 metres. Actually there were quite a few hanging around on our safety stop.
Went through our first cave! And apparently I swam right over a 2 m Wobbygone, without even seeing it.

Here's what Illana had to say :

We went out with Frog Dive. They have a big Gemini with a hard bottom. Gee it is set up well. All the tanks are put in a rack in the middle of the boat, at the right height to gear up. The side of the boat is soft to sit on, and straps over feet to hold you in as you go bouncing over the waves. again it was a flat sea. Went out from long reef with Rob, who is a member of frog dive and a dive master. Had a great time diving on the "apartments". So called cos they look like big blocks of apartments. We did not see the apartments though. We were a bit too far south for them, but got a lovely cavern to swim through. Fish by the score - lots of them all around us. A big wobbegong shark and lots of little baby wobbies as well.

This was a Frog Dive Club Day. We went out on Southern Comfort, the best dive boat in Sydney, that we have seen. It even has a diving platform! Julia and Bill are a great crew.
Rob was going to come with us. But Frog Dive asked him to be Dive Master on a previous trip. So it was our first dive alone. And I also proved Tony's theory that you can throw up under water and not choke.
Some really pretty electric blue fish, and lots of yellow tail.
