- Under construction (2 June 1998)

The idea of a "Dummy" is to "wrong foot" the opposition. Typically it starts with the puck held on the stick side of the body (right hand side for right handed players) and the arm bent. When the opposition strikes at the puck, the player moves the puck in an "S" from right to left (for right handed players) with the puck ending up on the opposite side of the body with the arm straight and the player accelerating.

At the end of the move the puck should end up at least an arm's length away from the defender and moving away from him.
