Volume three of the distillation series is something of a departure. It takes on more of the flavour of a DJ mix album, akin to the "Journeys by DJ" series. This is mainly about the music, and for the most part, the soundbites and dialogue are subservient to it. The main exception is the Dec Rant, which includes a piece of audio I found while I was in the midst of making this mix and I couldn't wait until volume 4 to include it. The words are the unedited rantings of a delusional kook called Francis E. Dec. I believe they appeared in part in an old Psychic TV track, minus the racist invective. I have included the whole thing, mainly because I wanted to preserve this bizarre document of mental illness. I condemn the racist attitudes of the author, but then again he condemns himself by being a total lunatic!
