  • There was a encoding fault on one of the Robotech: Masters - Volume 1 box set, causing some segments of episodes to play out of order. Details on how to get a replacement disc are below. News from Madman message board
    1. Stores are being notified of the error and a post will be made to the Madman web site. 
    2. Independent stores are being shipped replacement copies of disc 8 in a PVC envelope to exchange with customers over the counter. 
    3. Other major chains will be sending back stock for repacking and replacement. This stock is expected to be in store in around 2 weeks and will be recognizable by a small Madman sticker on the outside wrap. 
    4. Anyone who is unable to exchange directly in stores may exchange the DVD directly with Madman Mail Order department.
