But by far the highlight of the trip was our cruise to the Outer Barrier Reef. 

 

We snorkelled around in the middle of the ocean for hours, then enjoyed a beautiful lunch of seafood, chicken and cake for dessert on board the ship.

 

The water was so incredibly blue! And the coral was just amazing and so colourful!

 

We snorkelled so close to the coral you could almost touch it!
Some of us were busy admiring other scenery...
