	8th June 2008 Flek (Boulderbrae Chobe) took out a 4th Puppy in Show and Reserve in Group in New Zealand today. Also- Ujamaa Muse (Saba) took out her first CC and Junior in Group at her third show. "Sheila" (Isilwane Back to Camelot) is a Red/Leelu pup which makes her born in Australia from a US dam (Gr Ch Camelot the Fifth Element) to Red- born in the UK and of UK and Dutch breeding. As Clayton put it "Sheila barks with an Australian accent, her bloodlines are US, English and Dutch." 26th January 2008 Dr Hook was awarded Puppy in Group at the Gawler Club Show. Congratulations to Anne on this win! On the same weekend in New Zealand "Indy" NZ Ch Ujamaa Dullect Violet (Red/Blue ) took 2 bitch CCs and a Junior in Group. "Indy" lives with Debbie and family, and has since been joined by a "Riley" - Puririknoll Johns Delight also sired by Red. 7th January 2008 "Flek" (Boulderbrae Chobe sired by Red) wins Puppy in Show in New Zealand. At 7 mths he has an impressive list of "In Group" and "In Show" awards and is much loved by Jocelyn (Boulderbrae kennels, New Zealand). 12th/13th January 2008 Lisa came to Melbourne with Reds pups from Leelu (see 24th May entry). Isilwane Powderfinger (Fanning) took out a 25 Challenge and Best of Breed under Dr H Rolfes (SAfrica) from the puppy class. Sister Isilwane Liteness of Being was awarded Bitch CC (19 points). Ujamaa Evernescence (Roxy) was Reserve CC bitch. The following day under Mr G Robinson another Leelu daughter- Isilwane Orlando (Bloom) took Bitch CC for her Australian Grand Champion Title 16th December 2007 Ujamaa Jet takes his first "Major" in the US Showring with 5 points and a Best of Opposite sex. He is a Red/ Kaya pup and littermate to Dr Hook and Roxy. Congratulations to Fred and Gail. "Aussie" has his own website. 8th December 2007 The RRCV has a Xmas breakup day with lure coursing. A number of Reds pups came along for the day. 17th October 2007 Not to be outdone Ujamaa Evernescence ("Roxy") took out Minor Puppy in Show at the Victorian RR Club Open Show.. Judge was Mr L Hearn, BISS was Ch Amashutu Milkshake. Other results- Pururi Knoll Zende (Imp NZ- another of Reds "kids") was second in Baby Puppy Dog, Ujamaa Alia (Blue), second in Open Bitch. 10th October 2007 Ujamaa Dr Hook ("Doc") took out Minor Puppy in Show at the South Aust Specialty Show, also Best Ridge. Judge was Mr D Miller (USA), BISS was Dual Ch Bartess Wild Triumph ET (Buzz) 28th? October 2007 "Fanning"- Isilwane Powderfinger (Red to Leelu), took out Baby Puppy in Group at the Dalwood Dog show. 16th September 2007 Ujamaa Jet ("Aussie") took his first point towards his US title with thanks to Fred! 24th May 2007 Leelu (Gr Ch Camelots the Fith Element) has her long awaited pups to Red ( second try) after Red's holiday on the farm. 8F, 2M. Lisa is very pleased! 20th May 2007 Red was "Best Dog" at the RRCV Breed Competion, judge Mrs M Barrass. Runner up Dog was "Jack" (Sarula Mashava) at his first show. Kaya was best Open bitch. A good number of pups and other RRs came along for socialisation and show training, a good day. 5th May 2007 BISS winner Matt and Jan Benson rang to say Ch Ujamaa Mufasa went BISS under judge (and past RR breeder) Mr Keith Irwin of NSW at the West Australian Ridgeback Club Specialty Show. Congratulations- I believe it was a choice between the football and the dog show and the dog show luckily won out! Mufasa is a son of Multi BIS, BISS US Ch Camelots Code Red (Mojave) 4th March 2007 Red took out "Best Ridge Male in Show" at the 2007 RRCV Specialty Show under John Berg (Norway). His son Ujamaa Roulette was Opposite Minor Puppy in Show. 23rd February 2007 Kayas pups to Red born- a nice litter, now all in their new homes. Widely dispersed from the US to West Australia, South Australia, Queensland and local! March and April were spent playing with puppies and taking photos!
