1st trimester: Mashed potatoes with gravy, and roast beef. Lots of fresh fruit, too. 2nd trimester: cookies, bannana ice cream, and spinach 3rd trimester: Milk and peanut butter
210 carb diet per day based on a 2000 calerie diet. I was put on this by a diabetes nutritionist even though I did not have gestational diabetes they thought I needed to know how to eat to have a healthy pregnancy and baby.
5-6 pieces of whole fruit a day EVERY day!!!
actually, I did not crave anything...it was a rather uneventful pregnancy and fast delivery; dietary wise, I ate healthy( I am a Registered Dietitian) and did fairly well

I had pica -- I craved ice really badly. At one point someone suggested to me that I might be iron deficient and could get rid of the craving by taking iron supplements. I decided that I'd rather keep eating ice, because it was so distinctly pleasurable to crunch it up, and it's a very harmless craving. Extra fluids in August are unlikely to be a bad thing! :)
