Submissions
There are a number of ways to submit
documents to WordWatch for editing.

Email: A document can be emailed to WordWatch
as a Microsoft Word
file attached to the email wordwatch@optushome.com.au.
- Post:
Hard copy may be sent by post. The document should be printed
clearly, on one side of the paper only, with double spacing and
generous margins. Pages should be numbered. Please include a stamped,
self-addressed envelope for the return of your document.
The
following information must be supplied with material submitted for
editing:

name,
-
(company name, if applicable)
-
postal address,
-
telephone number,
-
fax number,
-
email address,
- details
of request (eg substantive editing, copy editing, literals check,
etc.)
- timeframe/deadline,
- number
of pages,
-
target readership,
- tone,
- style
requirements, and
- any
other specific instructions relevant to the editing process.
Deadlines
All client deadlines for completion
of editing work should be clearly stated. Any changes to these deadlines
should be notified immediately. An extra charge may be incurred
by a deadline change.
Please ensure you have complied
with WordWatch’s requirements regarding submissions
and payments before you send your document.
WordWatch retains
the right to refuse any job it feels will be compromised by rushing
to complete it to satisfy a client’s desired timeframe.
Some words of advice
Clients are advised that they are
at all times fully responsible for the content of their documents.
Plagiarism is a serious offence, as is breach of copyright.
